About Us

Being a long standing member of the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years, we have enjoyed welcoming local and international guests to our historically interesting homes in the accommodation business over 35 years by creating a safe home away from home for our guests. Sue’s Guest Cottage is part of a well preserved and refurbished group of homes spanning since 1904. Delightfully, the majority of our guests are returns or referrals.

We offer: A shared dining room, laundry as well as limited indoor kitchen use, fridge and dry storage space. Preparation and cooking of all strong-smelling foods must be done in the outdoor cooking areas provided, year-round. We do not provide meals. Accommodation is for mature, tidy and respectful guests. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are not permitted onsite.

Conveniently located at 158 East 3rd Street, North Vancouver, we are a mere hop, skip and jump away from numerous points of interest including the Shipyards, Lonsdale Quay Market, B.C.I.T.
